These terms and conditions will apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the KONO AND ORCA site. By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the ordered goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
KONO AND ORCA reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without notice from time to time.
Delivery & Shipping
Ordered goods will be shipped within 3 working days (after receiving payment). Shipments should arrive at the latest within 7 days. KONO AND ORCA can not be held liable for any events that are beyond KONO AND ORCA’s control. Such events shall be considered force majeur.
KONO AND ORCA cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once despatched. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or forces beyond our control. If shipment is not received within three weeks of the order being placed, the customer is entitled to the right of return. This must be exercised immediately in writing.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost. For now KONO AND ORCA is only launching in Belgium and The Netherlands. Shipping in Belgium is €3. Shipping in The Netherlands is €5. Gift cards are sent to you for free.
Returns & Exchange
A product may be exchanged or reimbursed if it is sent back without any damage, without having been worn, in its original packaging within a period of 14 days. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. Items bought during sales periodes can not be exchanged. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. The return is at the responsibility and expense of the customer. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of customer. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase. Re-delivery costs will have to be charged again, to the same card you used to make the original purchase. Postal charges will always be advised to you before we proceed.
Passed that period of 7 days, the products will be considered as in compliance with your order thus accepted by you.

In submitting a completed online order form, the customer enters a binding agreement to a completed sales contract, that is, a contract for labour and materials. In the case that this offer is taken, KONO AND ORCA will send the customer an order confirmation via email.
All prices are as stated, in euros and vat inclusive. KONO AND ORCA reserves the right to amend prices on the site at any time.
KONO AND ORCA reserves the right to use a third party to handle the transfer of payments. In case of payment delay, KONO AND ORCA can employ a debt collecting agency and transfer all necessary personal data for the payment to be processed. In the case that a third party is employed for the payment process, the payment process is completed only when the payment as stipulated by the third party is paid in full, so that the third party can then transfer this money without reservations to KONO AND ORCA.
Payment Details & Security
All payments to KONO AND ORCA are handled securely by Mollie B.V. & PayPal. Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased. You will be issued with an electronic transaction receipt, which will be sent to the email address you provide. KONO AND ORCA does not hold your credit or debit card details.
Payments with Bancontact/MisterCash will show up as “MOLLIE.NL – INTERNET – BEL” on your bank statement. Mollie B.V. provides secure online payment services and handles our Bancontact/MisterCash and Creditcard payments.
All payments are handled in a secure HTTPS environment with SSL certificates.

In the case of a return shipment due to damages or quality defects, KONO AND ORCA will pay all shipping costs. The customer is required to use a shipping method that does not include unnecessary shipping costs. Either the shipping costs will be reimbursed after the fact or will be transferred in advance as requested by the customer. The customer has a claim to this guarantee of goods. If the customer is a business, it is incumbent on the business to immediately check the goods and contact KONO AND ORCA if there are any problems with the goods. So long that the business does not contact KONO AND ORCA, the goods are considered checked and without problems.
